What is Food as Medicine?
Food as Medicine means using healthy food — fresh produce, pantry staples, and protein — to help people prevent or manage health conditions. It’s often delivered through programs called MTM (Medically Tailored Meals), MTG (Medically Tailored Groceries), and MSF (Medically Supportive Food).
Who is it for?
People whose health is impacted by what they eat — like those living with diabetes, heart or kidney disease, pregnancy needs, or food insecurity. Health plans, hospitals, and community programs use it to get the right food to the people who need it.
What's in a box?
It depends on the program. Boxes can include fresh produce, pantry items, protein, condition-specific foods, culturally familiar foods, and add-ons like diapers or household basics.
Where do you deliver?
All 48 contiguous U.S. states, from multiple fulfillment centers.
