Vegan Breakfast Tacos

Recipe By: Feasting At Home


-1 package of tofu

-1/2 an onion

-1 red bell pepper

-1-2 tablespoons olive oil

-1 teaspoon salt

-1 teaspoon chile powder

-1 teaspoon smoked paprika

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 teaspoon dired oregano

-1/8 teaspoon tumeric (optional)


-1 large avocado

-3 radishes



-any other veggies: jalepnos, cucumber, potatoes


1. Heat oil in a skillet. Saute onions and red bell peppers until soft and fragrent.

2. Add tofu to pan. Crumble with hands as you're adding to pan.

3. Add the salt and spices to tofu mixture. If pan gets dry add a tiny bit of oil to pan. 

4. Warm the tortillas.

5. Add tofu scramble and decorate tacos as desired!
