This Mexican Chiapas SHG coffee originates in the southern Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico. Cultivated in rich volcanic soil, these coffee beans are also SHG (strictly high grown), the highest grade given to coffee in Mexico. Brazilian coffee is added to balance the Mexican coffee’s nuttiness and acidity with a little bit of sweet, and we roast everything together to a perfect medium for a warm, earthy, chocolatey brew.
